Drafting Design Services
Do you have a rough design for your building but need help with permit drawings? I can provide you a complete package of all required drawings and forms you'll need to get your building permits. I use the AutoCAD drafting program. If you need CAD drawings or hand sketches, call us. We will bill you for the draftsman's time and printing costs. If you need a beam sizing or footing sizes, call us. If you need someone to expedite a project through the agencies, call us. If you need built drawings, call us. For you do-it-yourselfers, if you have a design you just want someone to bring up to code or want advise on, call us. We would be glad to help.
Landscape Design Services
EngineeringEvaluate your landscaping needs. Do you need drought tolerant plants? Are you concerned about the potential dangers poisonous plants pose? Let me design a landscape suitable for your needs. Whatever the season, we can design a landscape that will meet your needs and desires. These services are provided through my office:
- Knowledge of drought resistant plants.
- Plant pallet appropriate for Central Oregon climate conditions.
- Knowledge of edible and poisonous plants.
- Understanding of individual plant needs.
I do in-house engineering for a variety of small to mid-size buildings; structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil. I also work closely with several local engineering firms on larger projects.
