Habitat For Humanity

Habitat For Humanity tri-plex built in Redmond, Oregon

The building above is designed for Habitat For Humanity.  It was the first Habitat For Humanity building in Redmond, Oregon.  It was built with volunteer labor.  Each unit is a 1200 square feet, three bedroom house.   On the two floors, each unit requires a 20 x 30' footprint, and, in the front, a 5 x 10' storage unit and a one-car carport.  The carport drawings are available upon request.  The center unit is set back seven feet from the two side units.  Fifty percent of the proceeds from  the sale of this plan go to Habitat For Humanity in your name.  Plans are available (see Plans Available; Triplex).
