Landaker Building

Landaker Building (historical building) in Redmond, Oregon

    This building was originally built in the year 1919 with the second story added on in 1939.  As years passed, the building slowly dilapidated to the point of the upper two floors being condemned.  The bottom floor was the "Pastime Tavern," a dark, smelly dive in the heart of downtown Redmond.

    We completely rehabilitated the entire building.  We installed an elevator and brought the building up to earthquake standards.  It is now a vital part of downtown Redmond.
